Template. Landing Vietnam will prepare templates of service agreements and several other agreements, contracts that your enterprise will frequently use when conducting your business activities. Moreover, such templates will be periodically revised for certain amendments and enhancement, if required, to match with changes and developments of your activities.

Prepare and Review. We will prepare drafts of contracts, agreements in order to send to clients, partners, suppliers or other contracting parties, or review those sent to your enterprises by them.
